Thermo Scientific HAAKE RheoStress 1 is a general-purpose laboratory rheometer with research grade instrument functionality. HAAKE RheoStress 1 adopts the fourth generation air bearing and digital signal processor (DSP) technology. The fast digital adaptive control loop used in HAAKE RheoStress 1 allows for all types of measurements to be taken in CS, CR, CD rotation, and oscillation modes.

The correct geometric shape of the sample to be characterized is crucial for achieving reliable rheological measurements. For this purpose, HAAKE RheoStress 1 is equipped with an automatic lifting system that ensures reproducible and high-precision positioning of measured geometric dimensions.

Motor technology
The HAAKE 1 series rheometer uses different motor technologies to meet the different application requirements of three instruments. The RheoStress1 and RheoScope 1 rheometers use highly advanced drag cup motor technology to meet research requirements. (100 preset shear rate tables can be selected).

temperature control
The HAAKE 1 series rheometer can be equipped with a corresponding temperature control system at the factory according to requirements. Each model in the 1 series has multiple temperature control options, ranging from coaxial cylinders with liquid temperature control to parallel or conical plates with Peltier temperature control.

The HAAKE 1 series rheometer is a combination of outstanding design and modern industrial processing. The framework of the 1 series rheometer is made of polymer composite materials to ensure high mechanical strength, high damping, rapid temperature equilibrium, and resistance to solvent corrosion.

Measure the rotor
The HAAKE 1 series rheometer can be equipped with all Haake rotors, with materials ranging from titanium alloy to stainless steel. This also includes aluminum disposable fixtures and ceramic shaft rotors used in high-temperature electric heating and temperature control systems to prevent excessive heat loss.
